Booking a Translator/Interpreter
If you are a patient who does not speak English and requires an interpreter either face-to-face or via telephone, please inform our staff. This will allow us to arrange for an interpreter to be present during your consultation or any other meeting. We have access to services that ensure we can fully understand your needs and concerns.
PLEASE NOTE: To arrange this service in time for your appointment, please inform the reception staff that you need an interpreter when you book your appointment.
