Are you or a loved one having difficulties with dementia?
Dementia Connect is a dedicated service that supports individuals living with dementia and those who care for them. They provide free advice and assistance through phone and online services, offering personalised guidance as well as practical and emotional support.
Dementia Connect is committed to helping you and your loved ones at all stages of dementia. They can also advise you on other services that may be beneficial and offer suggestions for coping during these challenging times.
To get support, telephone: 0333 150 3456 (Calls charged at standard local rate)
- Monday to Wednesday: 9am to 8pm
- Thursday and Friday: 9am to 5pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 4pm
