Aortic Aneurysm Screening

We have successfully screened 600 men, a terrific 84% of all eligible patients.  If you have any relatives who receive an invitation for AAA screening, please encourage them to attend!

  • Good news! Atherstone Surgery has vaccinated over 3300 of our patients against flu so far this year. The “quadrivalent” vaccine we chose protects against all the common strains of flu going around this year. In contrast, half of the cases of flu this year would not have been covered by the cheaper “trivalent” vaccine.

  • Thanks to the team at Atherstone Surgery, our patients have had better protection from the flu this year. If you’ve not yet had yours, it’s not too late to contact the surgery and find out if you are eligible.
